Andy is a practicing endocrinologist in Iloilo - familiar with thyroids and stuff. He was a Medical Board topnotcher and was at the top of his class in medical school (UP PGH). In due time we will probably be lining up for check-ups at your clinic, Andy! Andy has children in elementary and high school and bewails the fact that we who have gone on to successful careers because of our UPIC High School education are not able to have the pleasure of seeing our children go to the UPV high school, precisely because of our success - only low income students can apply. This policy punishes achievement!
