.........is made of Wilmer's career it would be titled "The Landlord." Wilmer is a housing magnate in La Paz, Iloilo City, where he oversees the running of a family-owned dormitory accommodating a large number of students. When he is not seeing to the business he runs from La Paz to Mandurriao, Molo, and back, sometimes bumping into Etic at the Sports Complex. Wilmer was one of the most faithful attendees of the July reunion and helped in various logistical arrangements.
