..Ph.D. (UP Los Banos), past Vice-Chancellor and past College Secretary (Mr. Manuel's old job) of the UP in the Visayas. Bing is also the mother of 5 girls who are an accountant, a doctor, a faculty member at the UP in Los Banos, faculty member at the UPV and a UPV student. Her husband Bert was two years ahead of us at UPIC.
